Students join forces for charity

gig for the Shropshire Music Foundation on April fool’s Day.
The event — organised by Anrelei Productions consisting of students
Anna O’Neill, Leigh Hussey and Rebecca O’Brien — was held in The Hub
music venue in Temple Bar.
The gig was a college project assigned to the girls, “The night was an
assignment for our media project module, we had the choice to organise
any media event and we chose to do a gig,” said Rebecca O’Brien.
The acts performing at the event were all bands from BCFE’s Rock
School. There were sets from Ian White, Cappy, Libido Cafe and
headliners Miracle Bell.
Despite limited time to co-ordinate the event. O’Brien was delighted
with the evening’s turnout: “Roughly 80 people attended the evening,
good considering we only had one day advertising time in the college”
said O’Brien.
“We raised
